Sharing a gallery with clients
Publish privately and share a portal link. Clients do not need accounts.
When a gallery's status is Draft, only workspace members see it. Click Publish so the gallery can be opened at /g/<id> by authorized viewers.
Pictage does not support public galleries or password-only access. Clients do not create Pictage accounts. Share a client portal link (/portal/<token> or the delivery email). Opening the link sets a signed httpOnly gallery-access cookie; every /g/* request re-checks the portal row, so expiry and revocation take effect immediately.
Workspace members who are signed in can open the same gallery from the dashboard. Favorites and selects belong to that authorized visitor (portal cookie or signed-in member), never to an anonymous public page.
Send the delivery email from the galleries list ("Send delivered") when you want branded instructions with the portal link included.
