Copyright notices

Include:

• Your name, company if any, email, and physical or electronic signature.
• The copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• The Pictage.ai URL, workspace, gallery, or photo identifier if known.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Privacy and safety takedowns

For non-consensual, exploitative, abusive, minor-safety, privacy, or location-sensitive media, send as much identifying detail as you can. We may restrict access while reviewing the report.

Our workflow

Operators record notices in the admin safety log, may quarantine or remove media, and may suspend the related workspace while reviewing. We do not claim automated abuse scanning unless a provider is actually enabled and documented.
